By using TatCheck you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal — Apple's EULA governs where these terms are silent.

What TatCheck is

TatCheck photographs second-hand items and produces estimated resale price ranges, buy/skip suggestions, and draft listings using AI analysis and public marketplace data.

Estimates, not advice

All valuations, verdicts, and profit figures are estimates only — not appraisals, valuations for insurance, or financial advice. Real selling prices depend on condition, authenticity, timing, and demand. You are responsible for your own buying and selling decisions. TatCheck accepts no liability for losses arising from purchases or sales you make.

Listings you post

Draft listings are generated for you to review, edit, and post yourself. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you publish on eBay, Vinted, or elsewhere, and for complying with those platforms' rules. TatCheck never posts on your behalf and never accesses your marketplace accounts.

Subscriptions

TatCheck offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly or annual), billed through your Apple ID. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings. One free scan is provided without payment details.

Fair use

Scan limits apply to keep the service available and affordable for everyone. Attempting to circumvent limits, abuse the service, or reverse-engineer the app may result in access being withdrawn.
