Questions, answered honestly

How accurate are the estimates?

They're estimates — we say that everywhere, on purpose. Each one is grounded in live eBay UK listings for the same item, adjusted downward because asking prices run above what things actually sell for. Every result links straight to eBay sold prices and live Vinted listings so you can verify before spending a penny. Condition, authenticity, and timing always matter; that judgement stays yours.

What does it cost?

Your first scan is genuinely free — no card, no trial that quietly converts. After that it's £4.99/week or £39.99/year, priced clearly on the paywall before you pay, cancellable any time in your Apple ID settings. Our thinking: one good flip pays for it.

What happens to my photos?

They're sent securely to our server, analysed in memory, and never stored, logged, or retained. Photos you save to your Inventory live only on your phone. There are no accounts, no ad SDKs, and no tracking. Full detail in our privacy policy.

Does it post listings for me?

No — and that's deliberate. Tools that auto-post to marketplaces have got people's accounts restricted or banned. TatCheck generates the listing text (title, description, item specifics, suggested price) and you paste it yourself in ten seconds. Your accounts stay yours.

Which marketplaces does it cover?

Estimates for both Vinted and eBay — the two places UK flippers actually sell. Comparison listings come from eBay UK's live market; Vinted figures are adjusted from that data (Vinted has no public price API), with a one-tap link to check live Vinted listings yourself.

iPhone only?

For now, yes — iPhone, from the App Store. If enough people ask for Android, that changes.
